Below is a general list of items you will need to bring:
To ensure a smooth enrollment process, we recommend attendance at our New Student Orientation Program (NSOP) scheduled prior to the start of either the Fall or Spring semester. It will be held in our Air Force ROTC classroom in Van Fleet Hall at the University of Florida. NSOP is an excellent opportunity to get to know your fellow new cadets in an at ease environment. There is limited parking around our facility; we recommend allowing plenty of transit/parking time. Attire will be business casual.
Interested students should set up an online WINGS account and submit their AFROTC application.
The AFROTC Form 28 is one of the most critical items. You cannot participate in Leadership Lab or physical fitness training without it being completed and turned in.
We look forward to meeting you! If you are unable to attend NSOP, but you would still like to join AFROTC take the following steps: register for your academic class(s) and LLAB, show up to your first class in appropriate civilian attire.
Note: Uniform items will not be issued until mid-semester. New students will be expected to wear the attire listed below.
